Adult Assessment
Psychodiagnostic assessments aim to identify mental health diagnoses and recommend effective treatment plans in adults (ages 18+ years). Note: We do not offer attention-deficit, hyperactivity, learning, autism or neuropsychological assessments at this time.
What to expect:

Attend an assessment session where you will complete a structured interview and symptom-related questionnaires, typically 90-120 minutes in duration.

Attend a feedback session where you will receive diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations, typically 50 minutes in duration.

Receive a psychological report detailing your psychological diagnoses and treatment recommendations.

Individual Therapy
Coastal Psychology offers individual therapy in the areas of expertise of our team members. Treatment goals and plans are personalized to your needs.
What to expect:

Book a free 30-minute consultation in order to meet our team and discuss the difficulties you wish to address in psychotherapy.

Attend weekly or biweekly 50-minute one-on-one sessions. Depending on several factors, the length of therapy may range from short-term (4 to 6 sessions) to long-term (20+ sessions).

Practice strategies discussed in psychotherapy in-between your sessions.

Monitor progress of your treatment goals.

Couples Sex Therapy
Coastal Psychology offers couples sex therapy to address sexual issues and dysfunction.
What to expect:

Book a free 30-minute consultation in order to meet our team and discuss as a couple the difficulties you wish to address in couples sex therapy.

Attend weekly or biweekly 50-minute couple sessions. Depending on several factors, the length of therapy may range from short-term (4 to 6 sessions) to long-term (20+ sessions).
