Adult Assessment
Psychodiagnostic assessments aim to identify psychological diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
What to expect:

Attend a 90-minute or 120-minute assessment session where you will complete a structured interview and symptom-related questionnaires.

Attend a 50-minute feedback session where you will receive diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.

If requested, a report will be prepared detailing current and past psychological diagnoses and treatment recommendations.

Individual Therapy
Coastal Psychology offers individual therapy to adults (ages 18 years and older) in the areas of expertise of our team members. Treatment goals and plans are personalized to your needs.
What to expect:

Book a free 30-minute consultation in order to meet our team and discuss the difficulties you wish to address in psychotherapy.

Attend weekly or biweekly 50-minute one-on-one sessions. Depending on several factors, the length of therapy may range from short-term (4 to 6 sessions) to long-term (20+ sessions).

Practice strategies discussed in psychotherapy in between sessions.

Monitor progress of your treatment goals.

Couples Therapy
Coastal Psychology offers couples therapy to adults based on the couple’s treatment goals. Most often, couples wish to strengthen their relationship and improve satisfaction. On occasion, couples seek therapy to assist with decision-making regarding their relationship.
