Clinical Expertise

Catrina works with adults (ages 18+ years) experiencing: mood disorders (bipolar disorders, major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder); anxiety disorders (panic disorder, agoraphobia, generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobias, social anxiety disorder, illness anxiety disorder); obsessive-compulsive disorder; posttraumatic stress disorder; emotional difficulties related to reproductive milestones (e.g., perinatal period, menopause); as well as other psychological conditions and concerns (i.e., perfectionismprocrastination, emotional difficulties and low self-esteem).
